Hi! I’m Julia.

I am a Registered Dietitian and nutrition and wellness expert based in New York City. I am here to support and guide clients like you in finding balance by creating sustainable changes when it comes to you and your diet. There is an undeniable connection between what we eat and how we feel. I am here to help you make the changes you need to help you bridge this gap.

I am a mother of two who grew up in New York City and I understand and feel the challenges and sacrifices that come with having children, working, and having a social life, while also trying to take care of yourself.

I also know how it feels to not feel in control.

I personally know the incredible power that good, healthy food can have on your body and mind. After a career change from the art world which was filled with late nights, early mornings, and mostly convenience foods, I knew it was time to make a change. I learned to cook, started eating more plants, and began prioritizing my physical and mental health. Changing my wellness habits led me to a passion to help others who were suffering in similar situations. I ultimately switched careers to follow my passion for good food that also makes you feel and look your best. I have devoted my career to this practice and to helping others do the same.

No matter the size of your business, I offer customized workplace wellness which includes nutrition seminars, nutrition coaching sessions and cooking demonstrations. Even if you’re not skilled in the kitchen, having the right tools and foods at your disposal is essential to creating a lasting and beneficial relationship with your diet. Let’s go shopping together either in person, or online. I will not only provide you with a shopping list, but will walk through each item and actually educate you on why some foods are more beneficial than others when it comes to your specific dietary and lifestyle needs. I will also come over either in person, or virtually, and you can show me your entire kitchen. I want to see it all - from the celery to the chocolate chip cookies. I will help you figure out what should remain and what should get tossed. This kitchen refresh will make your life so much easier and take much of the confusion and guesswork out of your daily meals.

Our journey will begin with your initial session. This time is for you and for me to get you know as best as I possibly can. I want to learn everything about you, not only your dietary habits but also what your lifestyle looks like. Food is intricately linked to our daily lives and emotions. There are many reasons why you might seek out a nutritionist. Whether it is for health reasons, weight loss, pregnancy or postpartum nutritional needs, or simply to find more balanced eating habits. I am here to help in every situation. Meetings take place virtually via a HIPAA compliant video platform or via phone.
